Wish it was supported under Windows XP
From Dan Appleman's Visual Basic 5.0 Programmer's Guide to the Win32 API, p. 972:Security is a somewhat complex subject, and since it is only supported under Windows NT, it is one of those subjects that is covered very lightly in this book.(Don't ask why I'd need to refer to such a book at work. Just don't.)
